Claude Code is included in Claude's paid plans: Pro at $20 a month ($17 a month billed yearly), Max 5x at $100 and Max 20x at $200. It is not included in the free plan.
You can also use Claude Code with pay-as-you-go API credits. Anthropic's docs put the average enterprise cost at about $13 per developer per active day, or $150 to $250 per developer per month.
