BiWu.Ai

Privacy Policy

When you compare AI subscriptions and APIs, you should also know where your own data goes. This policy explains how BiWu.Ai handles data when you browse, sign in, send feedback or run a model check.

Effective September 24, 2026 · English version published October 11, 2026

In short: browsing needs no account. We only process the information a feature needs when you choose to use it, we explain what it is used for, and signed-in users can export or delete their data.

1. Scope

This policy covers the BiWu.Ai website (biwu.ai, including the English pages under biwu.ai/en) and the public search, account, feedback and model check features it provides. BiWu.Ai is an information and comparison service. It does not operate the stores, AI providers or other services shown on its pages.

When you visit a third-party website, buy something or submit information to another platform, read that platform's own privacy policy. This policy does not cover how they handle your data.

2. Data we process

Visit and device information

To deliver pages, keep the site secure and understand how features are used, our servers or analytics tools may process your IP address, browser and device type, visit time, referring page, pages visited and basic interaction events. Browsing does not require an account.

Account information

If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile data through the sign-in service, such as an account identifier, email address, display name and profile picture. We use it to sign you in, link your data to your account and show your account details. BiWu.Ai never receives your Google password.

Content you send us

This includes feedback text, contact details, page addresses, screenshots and replies, and information about services you submit to us. Please do not upload identity documents, full card numbers, API keys or other sensitive information that is not needed for the report.

Model check information

When you run a model check, we process the protocol, API endpoint, model name, check settings and task status. Your API key is used only to run the check you asked for and is not stored in your account records or data exports. If a separate checking service is enabled, the key is sent to that service for that check only. We recommend a temporary key with a spending limit that you can revoke.

Signing in and model checks are currently available on the Chinese pages of the site.

3. How we use data

How we use data
PurposeWhat it covers
Providing the serviceShowing prices and sources, keeping you signed in, receiving feedback, and creating and saving model check tasks.
Security and abuse preventionLimiting unusual requests, troubleshooting, spotting duplicate submissions, and protecting accounts and admin systems.
Improving the siteUnderstanding overall use of pages and features to improve navigation, content, performance and accessibility.
Handling your requestsProcessing data exports, feedback withdrawals, account deletion and related communication.

We do not sell personal information, and providing personal information never changes price rankings, risk notes or the order of results.

4. Cookies, local storage and analytics

Essential cookies

Signing in uses session cookies to keep you signed in and to run security checks. These cookies are necessary for account features. When you sign out, the session is cleared or expires.

Preferences and cache

Your browser's local storage may keep your theme preference, sign-in hints and cached site settings to avoid repeated requests and keep your display settings. This data usually stays in your current browser.

Analytics

When enabled, the site uses Google Analytics and Umami to measure visits and page use. Analytics scripts load after the page and are not used to read what you type into feedback or model check forms, including API keys.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, sign-in, account and some security features may not work.

5. Sharing, processors and third-party services

To provide the full service, some data may be processed by the following types of service providers, each within its role:

Service providers
ProviderRole
GoogleSign-in (OAuth) and identity confirmation.
SupabaseDatabase services for authentication, account profiles and service records.
CloudflareWebsite delivery, security protection and storage of feedback screenshots.
Model check serviceWhen model checks are enabled, processing the endpoint, temporary key and check settings you submit.
Google Analytics / UmamiWhen configured, visit statistics and product analytics.

We only disclose data as far as needed to provide features, keep the site secure, comply with applicable law or protect legitimate interests. Service providers may be located in a different country from you, and their processing may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Retention, export and deletion

  • Access logs and security records are kept as long as needed for operations, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, then deleted or de-identified.
  • Screenshots that are not attached to a submitted report are usually cleaned up about 24 hours after upload. Submitted feedback and its evidence are kept for verification, handling and dispute records.
  • Signed-in users can export their profile, feedback, model check tasks, shared links and evidence metadata from account settings. Exports do not include OAuth tokens, session cookies, admin fields or API keys.
  • After you request account deletion, you can cancel it during the waiting period shown in account settings. Once processed, your account and feedback evidence are deleted and records such as model check tasks are cleared. To keep public information intact, feedback that was already published may remain anonymously after the link to your account is removed.

7. Security and external links

Security measures

We reduce the risk of unauthorized access, leaks or misuse with access controls, HttpOnly and SameSite cookies, transport restrictions, request validation, rate limits and key isolation. No online service can promise absolute security.

External links

Prices, providers, official documentation and sponsored content may link to third-party websites. Once you leave BiWu.Ai, those sites handle your visit, sign-up and purchase information under their own rules. Check the domain and policies before you enter information or pay.

If you believe your account or data is at risk, stop sending sensitive information and tell us as soon as possible using the contact form below.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on the laws where you live, you can ask to access, correct, copy or delete your personal information, withdraw feedback you have submitted, or ask about or object to specific processing.

Most of these actions are available in account settings. If you cannot sign in, or the self-service tools do not cover your case, send us your request through the contact form. To protect your account, we may need to verify your identity first.

BiWu.Ai provides general information and is not directed at children under 14. Minors should use it under a guardian's guidance and should not submit sensitive personal information.

9. Policy updates and contact

When features, service providers or data processing change significantly, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects your rights, we will explain it on the site where reasonably possible.

Questions about this policy or your data? Use the contact form and tell us which feature, page and request it is about. Do not include passwords or API keys in your message.
